Shipping & Returns


After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm MST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm MST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

We offer FREE returns on all domestic orders.

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers for orders over $75.00. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days, we will offer an exchange with return of original watch in new condition. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

Orders lost or missing by shipping carrier: If the shipping carrier officially reports that they lost or damaged the watch during shipping and you report it within 30 days of your order date, we will work with your to get a replacement or repair in the mail. If the carrier reports delivering the watch, but you did not receive it – we do not guarantee replacement, but we will happily work with you to get your a replacement at a reasonable replacement cost.
